I found myself with a small head of cauliflower, and wasn't sure what to do with it. It needed to be used, as it was nearing it's shelf-life and I remembered having, and successfully making, buffalo brussel sprouts. After a quick search or recipes, I found this excellent one on AllRecipes and decided to give it a shot.
SUCCESS! This is a yummy, spicy appetizer that was easy to prepare, and tasty to eat. I had also received a bottle of sriracha ranch dressing - perfect combination with the buffalo cauliflower.
